Sentire terms.

Purpose and review

Sentire by Seravio organizes measurements from hearing tests you already have. It does not test hearing, diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment or replace a qualified clinician. Import suggestions and calculations can be incomplete or wrong. Check measurements against the original report and discuss hearing concerns with your clinician.

Price and personal license

The current one-time price is shown at checkout for a personal license with two installation activations. There is no subscription. Any applicable taxes and final total must be shown before a real payment is authorized. A later price change does not create a recurring charge or alter the price recorded on an existing order.

A license is emailed after verified payment. Initial computer activation requires internet; the saved activation works offline afterward without an expiry or recurring internet check. Keep the license email and order ID private. A reinstall that loses its installation identity uses a new slot; support can review replacement allowance after verifying ownership. Do not share license credentials with other people.

Your records and use

You retain your records. Keep original reports and independent backups, especially before upgrades or restores. Sentire is not a clinical recordkeeping service and does not provide automatic cloud backup. Local records and exports are not encrypted by Sentire. Third-party components retain their own licenses.

Support, feedback and purchase issues

Contact support for technical help, activation problems, a purchase issue or a refund request, using your purchase email and order ID. Do not send card details, full license tokens or medical reports. Refund and cancellation requests will be assessed under the applicable purchase terms and law; nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights. No guaranteed support response time or future feature delivery is promised.

You retain rights to original feedback and permit Seravio to use suggestions to improve Sentire without payment or attribution obligations. This does not authorize publishing private correspondence or health records. Submit only material you are entitled to share.

Availability and responsibility

To the extent permitted by law, Sentire is provided as available without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free import or fitness for a particular purpose. To that same extent, Seravio is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or replaces obligations imposed by applicable law.

Read the privacy notice for local storage, purchase/activation data, email and optional feedback. Use official downloads and check that your platform is available before purchasing. Contact support with your purchase email and order ID for purchase or installation questions.
