My import looks incomplete or wrong
Review the source beside Your measurements. Try Add a missed point or numeric entry for missing thresholds. Different layouts and connected symbols may be omitted. Never assume a missing value is zero.
How do I activate or recover my license?
Paste the license from your purchase email into Sentire and choose Activate license. For a lost email, use Email my license again. One purchase includes two installations; contact support with your order ID if both slots are used after a reinstall. Never send your full license or hearing records.
Where are my PDFs and backups?
Reports are processed locally and are not retained as attachments after import. Temporary files normally disappear after processing; interrupted jobs can leave temporary files. Sentire saves the values you confirm. Keep original reports separately and use Backup & export. Local records and exports are not encrypted by Sentire.
How do I install Sentire?
Find official downloads and platform instructions on the download page. Store listings are not required for direct downloads.
